Role: Technical Support Engineer
Job Description:
a) Answer & Manage incoming Calls, Emails and Chats.
b) Setup screen-sharing sessions with customers to troubleshoot issues.
c) Validate feature/enhancement requests on the product and bring it to the attention of the Product team.
d) Keeping Product knowledge updated with growing industry standards.
Job Qualification:
a) Excellent Communication Skills
b) Basic programming skills in C/C++/Java is an asset.
