Responsibilities :


Provide technical assistance on Zoho Desk (primarily) and other Zoho One suite applications.

Technical assistance includes, solution analysis, configuration, data migration, and complete
deployment of Zoho Desk (primarily) and other Zoho One suite application.

Additional responsibility includes delivering Product Trainings and Demo to Customers, Prospects

and internal users.Willingness to present product features on customer events and internal events.
Willingness to work on shifts, specifically NIGHT SHIFT is appreciated.

and email customers Globally.
